Vinification: Direct pressing and settling, vinification is carried out in thermo regulated vats.
Ageing: Batonnage on lees for 1 month, racking, tartaric stablisation of cold wine.
Tasting Note
Bright nose distinguished by notes of exotic fruits, citrus, white fruits and floral notes. On the palate, it has a rich and velvety
texture, a very well balanced wine.
