Fruity that expresses a beautiful aromatic complexity, and which presents a beautiful balance carried by a
great freshness.
Harvested at the end of August with a mild sunny weather.
Harvest start date : 26/08/2020 – Yield: 68 hL/ha – Production volume: 3000
Pneumatic press pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in tanks.
From vats, bottling takes place after ageing for 6 months.

Our Domaine is located at the foot of the Roche de Solutré.
Over 5 generations, our wine-making knowledge has enabled us to produce great Pouilly-Fuissé and
Mâcon-Solutré. The estate covers 20 parcels of vines for a total area of 7.70 hectares. These are located
around the villages of Solutré, Fuissé and the hamlet of Pouilly, aged from 3 to 68 years and planted only
with Chardonnay grapes.
The energy and enthusiasm of the new generation, through brother and sister Antoine and Mathilde,
perpetuate this dedicates winemaking.
