Montmains’s total surface is 98 hectares on the left bank of Serein, facing South-East. Our Montmains. Soils made of deep clay and Kimmeridgian limestone.
Vinification & ageing…
Fermentation in stainless steel tank on fine lees during a minimum of 12 months. Bottling minimum 10 months after the harvest.
How to enjoy this wine…
This wine is able to age more than 4 years (even more on the best vintages). Its freshness perfectly matches the fine seafood (cooked fishes, tiger shrimps, salmon, etc…) and white meat (poultry, veal, etc…)
