This cuvée, which is the result of a plot selection, is made from our oldest Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre vines on the slopes of the appellation.
For more than 50 years, these old vines have been rooted in this exceptional terroir, and their age means that they produce only a few berries with a very concentrated juice, thus allowing the elaboration of this particular Sablet.
