Minimal intervention is key to showcase the expressive character from this vineyard. Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, the Grenache Blanc is thereafter wild fermented in older 300L French oak barrels. Barrel ageing on fine lees for 8 months adds texture and mid palate weight.
