Detail of the vintage : 2017-VERY GOOD Very low production due to the great late frost of April 28. The cycle was also 15 days ahead, so the damage occurred in the inflorescences, greatly reducing production. The continuous drought did not help to improve the vegetative situation.

Very slow and uneven ripening, with a very selective harvest in the vineyards. It began on September 18.

Viniculture:

The destemmed and crushed grapes ferment for 10 days at a controlled temperature.
Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Battonage periodically.
During the aging in barrels, periodic racking is carried out to force cleaning.
It is not clarified or filtered before bottling.
