About the variety – Pinot Noir’s traditional home is Burgundy in eastern France.
Temperamental to grow and thin skinned, Pinot prefers cool climates like the Adelaide Hills where is thrives. So, it’s expensive
as well as somewhat risky to make. Challenging but definitely worth the trouble.
