The Saint Victor La Coste terroir has sandy soils and pebbly plains, giving fruity, freshy wines The south-facing, gravelly, calcareous terraces of the saint Gervais terroir add freshness and a long finish.
Totally destemmed. Gently extracted by rack and return (délestage). Maceration for 12 to 15 days under temperature control.
Very aromatic wine with predominantly red fruit (blackcurrant, cherry and blackberry) and spicy notes. Supple and light.
