Little vigor in the vineyard, which translates into a very short harvest in production, small bunches and smaller grapes, thus maximizing quality.
The yield of this campaign
is conditioned by: – Drought, low weight of the bunch and small size of the berries. The rains occurred just at
the optimal times, – Strong heat and thermal jumps in flowering-setting
season, observing the displacement of the bunches This alignment of factors, together with the outstanding health status, due to the extraordinary meteorological conditions had throughout the harvest and especially during the month of October, made a unique vintage.
The harvest is carried out in a staggered and quiet manner, according to the necessary quality parameters.
Balanced wines with great aromatic intensity and very good color extraction
Viniculture:
Soft pressing. Defaned by flotation. Fermentation in stainless steel at
14ºC. Aging in barrels with their lees.
